Q: What's included in the ticket cost?

Your ticket includes food and lodging from Friday evening to Monday afternoon as well as participation in all event activities. All breakfasts are BYO.

Q: What is the event format?

A balance of structure and openness, serious and playful, action with reflection, there are participant-led workshops, games, open-dialogue, campfires, costume parties, and wild-card activities to spice things up.

Q: What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We will provide a mechanism for organizing carpools from the DC area, and (limited) parking will be available on site.

Q: How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Q: What's the refund policy?

Until Aug 15: Full Refund
Until Aug 31: 75% Refund
Until Sept 15: 50% Refund

Q: Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yep! You should be able to do this via Eventbrite, but we're happy to help you out as well on the back end.

Q: Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yep, we'll just eventually want everyones' information so we can share brief bios in advance.
