A wise lady once told me, "You have salt water in your nose." Despite initial concern about my nose, I found her deduction of my affinity for the sea to be very true.

I’m a California transplant to DC, and it’s starting to feel like home here too (yay!). Been a marine ecologist since I was 5 and there are few things I like more than exploring, preferably underwater.
